Aging is Inevitable, Getting and Feeling OLD is NOT!

5 Reason's Why It's Not Your Fault You're Getting Fat and What You Can Do To Look and Feel Younger...

By: Joshua Taylor

How many times have YOU seen it?

Every gyms you walk into you see tons of cardio machines with "cardio bunnies" waiting for their turn to jump on these devices that peddle, walk and stair-climb you to nowhere. Men, women, young, and old.

They all have the same goals in mind as you: To burn off unwanted body fat, prevent the onset of disease, and Break the Downward Cycle of Aging.

If you watch month after month, you will notice that very few of these hard-working gym-goers ever change their body, or their lives! They look and feel the same week after week, year after year.

I am going to share the top 5 key reasons for this, but the main reason is simply: Cardio does not create the metabolic turbulence needed to increase hormone release & metabolism, or burn fat nearly as fast or as efficiently as weight training and interval workouts!

If you don't believe me, you will after you read this article. And we are off....

Fact 1:
Weight training increases all key metabolic hormones.

From hGH to testosterone to leptin to thyroid: all are increased naturally through strength training. Cardio exercise cannot begin to compete with the hormonal changes that resistance training offers. This is due to the metabolic disruption created through strength training. The method of weight training I recommend is safe, great for fat loss and shaping the body, and works for both men and women. This triggers the hormone response we need to increase hormone production, literally turning back your biological clock 10, 15 even 20 years.

Fact 2:
Weight training produces a by-product that burns fat.

You know that "pump" feeling you experience when you lift weights? The cause is lactic acid. Weight training produces over 300% more lactic acid than slow cardio for obvious reasons—you use more muscle. If you Google the subject you'll find MOST trainers telling you to avoid lactic acid build-up by training with "light weights". Bull-Honkey! Lactic acid has now been linked to the most powerful fat-burning hormone there is: Human Growth Hormone. The American Society of Exercise Physiologists reported that increased lactic acid was linked to increased natural production of fat-burning hGH. If you train the way I suggest on the following page you'll get just enough lactic acid release to rejuvenate your growth hormone levels to where they were when you were in your twenties.

Fact 3:
Weight training releases free fatty acids that will be used up by interval training AFTER the session.

Want to burn a lot more body fat, effectively reducing the risk of experiencing one of the diseases of aging? Follow the specific rejuvenating strength training program that I suggest on the next page, then hit a good round of interval training. Burn off those fatty acids released by weight training, and boost your energy and immune system. Those fatty acids mostly come from your belly fat, arm fat, thighs, butt; all the places that increase your risk heart attack and stroke, as well as developing diabetes, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s. Train the way I suggest on the following page and you can look and feel the better than ever, in less time than you have imagined.

Fact 4:
Weight training done correctly reduces dangerous, disease causing belly fat faster than slow cardio.

Weight training done with little rest and sufficient resistance releases a tremendous positive effect on your sex hormones and has been shown to decrease insulin resistance. Any activity is beneficial... BUT weight training increases lean body mass which has a direct effect on reversing insulin disorders. Not only does weight training helps fight Type 2 Diabetes it also battles truncal obesity—or for us normal folks out here "ugly belly fat". Yes, strength training reduces fat (when done correctly) faster than slow cardio. And let’s face it: We all want a better midsection. It not only makes for a higher quality of life, decrease risk of disease, it's just plain sexy too.

Fact 5:
Weight training gives you the BODY you want, not just the endurance you want.

Do you want leaner fitter arms? A tight waistline? A better butt? How about a more sculpted chest, a shapely back, and great calves? Well, say good-bye to the highly circulated “cardio-only" approach to exercise, and getting fit. Cardio alone will NEVER give you the body you see in the magazines, and on the TV. That is the result of strength training specifically designed to literally sculpt your body.

Yes: You can do this! My beginner program starts with only TWO DAYS a week of exercise. Not only that, I walk you through all 12 weeks, just like having your very own personal trainer.

I hope this article opened your eyes to the possibilities that strength training done correctly can Rejuvenate Your Life!
